Your first mistake was(is) believeing everything reported in the news is everday stuff. No, 10-17 year olds just don;t stab people randomly, only the most ****ed up minority do. And every country has that minority.
By demonising all of "us", you're just promoting hate and a feeling of mutual rebellion. |

Duty and social responsibility? If the government came down and told me I had to do potentially endless forced labour because adults were using teenagers as scapegoats I'd feel pretty anoyed with England, and probably more likely to be a **** to people.
And anyways, who's gunna decide who does the labour? Policemen, the government, judges? |
